Frequently Asked Questions
How long do you wait during a Wait & Load collection?
We typically allow 20-30 minutes loading time included in the standard price. If you need longer, just let us know when booking and we can accommodate.
What types of waste can you take?
We accept most waste types including construction rubble, household waste, garden waste, furniture, and mixed waste. We can't take hazardous materials, asbestos, or certain restricted items.
Is Wait & Load cheaper than skip hire?
Often yes, especially when you factor in skip permit costs (£20-50), potential parking fines, and the convenience of having waste removed immediately rather than sitting on your street.
Can you help with loading heavy items?
Yes! Our drivers are happy to assist with loading. For very heavy items or large clearances, let us know in advance so we can send the right team.
Do you serve my area?
We cover all postcodes within the M25. Based in Bermondsey, we can reach most London locations within 30-45 minutes.
